I was born when INXS was touring Australia in 1987 but I'm glad that the legend of Michael Hutchence & INXS has continued for me to appreciate almost 30 years after the band first got together. I'm a bit late but better late than never, & it will never be too late to realise how truely brilliant & charismatic Michael was. Music & a man so great will live on forever!
one of the best live performers ive seen. Calling all nations tour at Melbourne Tennis Centre was the first time I got to see that band

The first concert I ever attended was the Noosa Aussie Hop, to see Michael and the Guys.
It left such an impression that it spoiled all other concerts for me. No one, anywhere, has ever had the power to just reach out and grab the audience and hold them in the palm of their hand like Michael.

I'm sad, so sad. I still miss Michael so much (his smile, his jokes, his sentences, his points of view about things...). And everytime is harder. But I still feel him nearly every time I hear something of him - music, bits of interviews i have,... -. I lost a friend, but i won a soul. “Try to be someone, not something”

I just want to tell you that I have just come upon this beautiful website for the first time. I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face, and it feels as tho I am back in the 80's reliving my early youth all over again. Please know that Michael has touched my heart in a way that no other musician could ever come close to, and know that I am passing his music on to my children. I used to listen to INXS every single day. I have all their cd's, know all their songs. They were my favorite band of all time. Since Michael Hutchence's voice grew silent I have not been able to play one single INXS song or CD. He truly had a magical, unique voice that is very much missed.
I wish Michael was still alive. He was the best singer I've ever herd.

I first saw Michael on MTV when I was 15. The Need you tonight Video. That was the day I started to follow inxs. I have bought all the albums and dvd I can get, and now at 32 I still listen and watch everyday. It was a very sad day when I heard the news, Still can't beleive he is gone from our world, but I am sure he is still making beautiful music where he is now. He will never be forgotten in my heart and I am sure in the hearts of others around the world. Love always Michael, youe are sadly missed and never forgotten. XXXX Heather
