I remember growing up as a teenager and being totally in lust with you, Michael. Attending every concert, being crushed in the front row just to be close to you... and remembering the thrill when you reached in to the crowd and touched my hand... aaahhh, the memories. I was fortunate enough to meet you later in life in a Sydney hotel when Tiger was born, and you were holding her in your arms. What a beautiful man you were, and will always be in my heart.

I can't believe that it's been so many years. I wish you could know how much your collaboration with this group impacted my life. I know that you are amazed to now see just how many people there are that loved you either personally or from afar.

What can i say Michael, U R THE MAN. Im 22 and only have really have apreciated what a truly great and gifted man u are. your melodies r amazing and u touch all of us in an amazing way. And i look forward to the day we can catch up for a beer,

Michael Hutchence touched us all in some way. I have never believed in any other musician like Hutch.... the taste for good old aussie rock has somehow faded since, but you tattooed our heart!
Let's hope INXS can rock on.

as i sit here listening to michael sing 'devil inside', he is missed so much. there is still an ache in my heart that will never be replaced by another magnetic, magnificent, charismatic, sensual, songwriter, performer.

I remember the day i heard the news of Michaels death i was sitting on the couch in my lounge room and i could not move, I felt empty inside. Inxs has been a huge part of my life since i was 11 years old and absolutely obsessed with Michael and Tim. It took me a long time to be able to listen to INXS' music after Michael died as i couldn't bear to listen to them, it was too heartbreaking and i cried and cried for many years every time i heard one of their songs.

i saw them in concert many times and my favourite was at the Underpass in the tunnel under St Kilda Rd in the early 80's. Absolutely unbelievable.

Everytime i now listen to INXS' music it takes me back to all those treasured memories of my teenage years.

Michael, i will never forget you. You were a magical entertainer and brought happiness to so many people. i am so glad i got to see and hear you. you will always be in my heart.
