As I sit here listening and watching the INXS video “Live Baby Live” and preparing for the concert my band Collective Hallucination has this coming Friday, (the 22nd), I can't help but feel moved to write to all the fans and family that I am still affected deeply by Michael's passing.
My band is going to do an acoustic dedication to Michael which will include “Shine Like It Does” and “Listen To Me” by Texas. There is so much to say about how Michael and the band inspire me to do my thing musically. I still miss the man a great deal although I never met him. I had a Michael Hutchence T-shirt airbrushed just for this show Friday night. I plan on playing my heart out and I pray Michael's light shines on me and my band. The tears still fall.

This is such a heartfelt place. A truly talented man. I fell in love with his voice. That voice is one of a kind. It's gauranteed one you won't forget. Kell, thank you for this memorial site. About Mike's interview under media; I actually saw a young guy at Pizza Hut trying to round up his kids, about four of them, out of control. If just somebody could stay with him that fearful morning!How many times I thought about it.If somebody stayed there with him,he wasn't alone with bad thoughts.. Several hour or even minutes changed everything. But very few people left us so many great things - Mike left us splendid music, splendid memories, brought so much love to this world! Unbelievable beautiful, sexy, gifted man with magnificient voice and look, which could excite everyone..Hope we'll meet some day. As I sat here at my computer, surrounded by my inxs cds and a click away from my pics of Michael, I tried to come up with the perfect words to express my feelings. I have come to the conclusion that it is impossible to find the right words. All I can say to Michael is that I pray for your peace nightly, sweet man, and also for that of your family and dear Tiger Lily. Know that you will always be remembered for the person that you were, rather than just another rock star who met a tragic end. Your beautiful spirit has touched so many lives, including my own, in ways that you could never imagine. Thank you for all that you have given to me, without even knowing. Thank you for your music and your beautiful soulful voice. Thank you for all of the precious friendships that I have made through you. And, dear Michael, thank you most of all for just being you. May God Bless you and all of those that you love.

I remember Michael and Rhett at Beacon Hill School and the USRC (and Lantau during the summers) and have fond memories of all. I know my dad would have remembered the family too and would want to pass on his regards.

always loved INXS. fortunatly i have videos of concerts so we watch them regular. Michael was the best singer around. i miss him alot. jan

It's really hard to say anything after reading of this fantastic website. I'm just a fan, but Michael was very important for me. When I was 17, I wanted to commit suicide, because I was unhappy and depressed. Suddenly I heard a marvellous voice from my sister's room, it was Michael's voice and the song was the Never Tear Us Apart. It was so beautiful, his voice touched my soul, touched my mind. From that moment, I started to collect their albums, and listened their music in almost every hour of the day. He helped and helps me to solve my problems, to forget my pains. I always see his charismatic eyes, his face has burnt into my mind.
Today I'm an economist and I have good position in a worldwide company's Hungarian office. I travel a lot all around in Europe, have fantastic friends. I'm happy with my life, and don't seek desperately the “unlimited happiness”, only enjoy the “everyday” miracles, which can give the biggest joy to us.

My Mother used to play my 2 sisters & i Inxs from a very young age & as a result i am a fan of there music. It is great to find a web site like this in memory of a great austrailin man & artist!

I became an INXS fan in 1982, It all started with Shabooh Shoobah. I immediately fell in love with their music and bought all of their tapes and cd's over the years. I would get lost in the words and escape to the sounds. I remember playing Johnson's Aeroplane over and over again. My other faves: Original Sin; Don't Change; The One Thing and of course all of their other albums. I went to all of their concerts when they played in S. Florida. On the day Michael left us, the world lost a truly talented beautiful singer. Peace be with Michael.

I watched the live concert from Wembley last Saturday night and cannot quit thinking about how awsome INXS is and how much I miss Michael and the band. I hope that his family is doing well and that his daughter will be blessed and know how much his father loved her and touched our lives with his music ... I will always love INXS and Michael
