I first remember listening to Michael and INXS in high school. Michael's powerful vocals were unique and something I had not heard before. They instantly became my favorite band. I remember exactly the moment I heard Michael had passed on. I felt as though a part of me was lost as well. Michael is sadly missed.

To this date, I think of the times I shared with my friends, during my early teens, listening and examining INXS's songs. The memories are unforgettable. Michael's Hutchence's voice was mesmerizing, addictive, and bewitching. Replacing him will be no easy task.

Just watched concert on cable,Im a man, but was very emotional, brought back great memories.Favorite band through high school and college and present.Michael Hutchence's life was a dream life that was lived to it's fullest. I now understand that life is very short and must be appreciated everyday. Now at 39 watching the concert with my son on tv, I told him that life is short so take advantage of every opportunity you can ,and live life to it's fullest, try every thing, love people, and life just like Michael Hutchence and INXS.Thank you INXS for all the memories and touching songs that helped me get to this point in my life.Im not in a band ,have a good voice, but never had the guts,or ambition to try.Always being told I can't,I can only appreciate the bands ambition and will power to do what they do best.never saw the band in concert, except on cable tv live from England. The impression I got was even better.Seeing Michael give the peace sign at the end of the concert summed it all up,a peacefull man who loved people, and life, and got love back.Never saw the band live before except on tv and the music sounded the same, which tells me how great the band really is,and thier will never be another person to replace Michael Hutchence's apperance, voice and beauty. Just had to express myself I know it's late but seeing the concert brought back graet memories. Thank you INXS for touching my life and millions of others.

I have just finished watching the DVD Best of release and reliving all the love I had for INXS as a band. I miss Michael, and although no one mentions it in the DVD (which disappointed me), I can tell that there is a loss there, too... the ghostly looks as he was discussed. We miss him, and I hope he has found the peace he seems to have missed so much of here. God Bless and Much Rest, Michael.

I herd that the band is looking for a new lead singer, and that it dosn't have to be a boy. I hope it's a boy, and sure HOPE that he is as good as Michael.
Then again nobody will ever replace Michael. Nobody will ever ever ever be as good as Michael. Not even in a million years. I LOVE INXS. You guys will always ROCK!!! LOVE you Michael!!!

I just recently pulled out some old INXS cassettes of mine and had a mini-fest! I was in high school when “The One Thing” came out and my friends and I realized there was such a great breath of fresh air to come with Michael. We miss him and his music, too, but I'm glad we still have the chance to hear him. Blessings to you all. Tonya

I have seen you live 6 times and I must let you know that you will NEVER be replaced. You are inequivically irreplaceable like Freddie Mercury. You possessed a quality only few are graced with.

Our loss is still felt.

the day after tomorrow it's michael's birthday.if he would be alive,he would be turn 45.without michael,my life has no sense.even now,i don't understand why did he died?why him?I was hoping i had a nightmare and, when i wake up on 23th of november 1997,the tragedy wouldn't have been real.I can't explain what i went through on 22.11.1997,when i found out from a local TV station that, the man i worshiped didn't exist anymore. My colleagues didn't understood why i was crying for an unknownperson-they said.they were ignorants.but michael and inxs were, and still are part of my life.i don't believe there'll be another band i'll like more than inxs.there are few bands that i listen to with pleasure like suede, depeche mode,u2,the cure, metallica....., but inxs is no'1.In 2000 while i was talking to my boyfriend,he asked me if it is true that i love michael more than i love him.I think that in my heart i love more feelings for michael and inxs than i have for my boyfriend. In the town i live in,there are few clubs i go to,where at least once or twice a nights i listen inxs's music, especially the strangest party, taste it,mystify, need you tonight, beautiful girl, elegantly wasted or strange desire.I am inxs fan since 1994,when i first heard the strangest party,i was 21 years old.Between 1989-1994 i was metallica fan.
I love you michael and rest in peace, wherever you are.
Sad but true.
