I just heard “Never Tear us Apart” on the radio and for some reason plunked out Michaels name on the web. I was surprised to find such a touching and thoughtful site. In my teen/twenty something years I lived in Southern California and there I saw INXS seven times in concert. So much raw energy and talent, they put on an amazing show! I will never forget the concerts at Irvine Meadows. Michaels voice evokes so much happiness, so much joy. I still cannot believe that he is gone. Blessings to his family. Prayers for your loss...

Always a fan,
Cindi Ryan

Thank you so very much to the Hutchence family and friends for bringing us Michael, for sharing him with us, in his life and with this beautiful tribute. My love and thoughts are with you. May you find comfort and peace in knowing that Michael made this world a better place. That will always be. Though his time here was much too short, his spirit will shine, and sing, forever. He has given me some of the best times of my life, laughing and loving and dancing to INXS. It is more than music, it is an experience that fills my heart with joy each and every time. To Michael's voice I cook, clean, drive, dance around my apartment with passionate abandon. Michael, I know that you can hear these messages...thank you for sharing all of yourself with all of us. I know it wasn't always easy for you. Please know that you are treasured and loved. I hope that you are soaring and swimming and singing and smiling and that we have the chance to meet some day. I love you Michael.

Love,

Suzy

A fan.
Still, one of my most admired artists of my Gencation X. Didn't know too much about this guy, but realized that his family and friends seemed to be in the center of his heart. Although, as fans we should just enjoy such talents and thank a artist such as Michael, for coming out to share his talent with the rest of the world.................Peace

It was so bad to here the news, Hutch was no he still is the best person in the world, he did a lot to this world and he made so many good songs. I think it was a shock for everyone. And everybody will miss him. Me too. Bye Michael.

Michael - once met never forgotten

Even though i was a fan of Michael Hutchence - the rockstar, i was a bigger fan of Michael Hutchence - the man . I had the pleasure of meeting him many times . If he were here , maybe he wouldn't even remember me , but i will remember him and his gentle ways , for the rest of my life . He was an extremley loyal man , a man of great principals and beautiful manners. He had a rare gift of being able to make people feel as if they were the only person in a crowded room . I watched with great sadness as the media put his private life on world stage , for i always remember him as being somewhat of a shyish type of man . If you see this note Kell , i'd just like to thank you and your family for lending the rest of us such a wonderful, kind , warm and peaceful person - a true gentleman .You should be very proud of the way you raised your son , he was a absolute credit to you . xoxo

Thank you for this site. Most of all thank you Michael. Always a smile was placed on my face when your voice was heard and the music you were a part of, which was the best. Everyone, always treasure what you have, what you love and what is in your heart. All, will always go on, but when you make yourself present with devotion, you will instill some feeling in people. And, they will be proud, love and remember. I am truly happy in having a smile when I hear his voice

Sing on Michael, let the heavens hear your sweetness! 🙂

I started listening to INXS when I was in the 8th grade in 1987. My sister took me to my first INXS concert in 1988 at Great Woods stadium in MA and I became completely enamoured with Michael. I remember constant listening to his music & having wall to wall photos of him. I was 13. I am now 28 and I still can never turn the station should an INXS song come on. I always remember 1/22 and will never forget him. It's something I can't explain. Anyway, I want to thank you for such a beautiful site. I went into google.com and punched up Michael's name & found this site. It was so nice of his family & friends to share all of this with his fans and it was so nice to see how much he was loved. God Bless

As a fan of INXS, I miss Michael as the leading and living voice of the band, but I had a wonderful experience watching the performance of Jon Stevens in a concert in Buenos Aires. Remembering Michael was extraordinary and very emotive.

I miss him a lot.

God bless him and his family
