Great guy - may his memory live on in his music
One of the six cd's I've had in my cars cd changer for over two years now has been INXS's Greatest Hits. As much as I love 80's music is one reason for why I love the music of this band. Another is the love and obvious passion in the voice of Michael as he sings like an angel. His music has in fact made me feel better while going through my divorce and many other challenges in life. I think it may be due in part aside from his angelic voice but, the positive messages and insightfulness into this life here on earth that we all share.
I too have lost loved ones including my mum at age 8 and my brother at age 12 and many others close to me be family or friend. Listening to Michael I feel has made this world a better place! I wish his family all the best as losing a loved one is never easy. GOD BLESS YOU!!! Because I know Michael was.

From time to time, I enter here and let a message dedicated to Michael. This time I just wanted to express that I have been thinking of Michael very much during these last days. But in a good way, not sad, not anymore. Last Friday I was watching on TV a program in which latin artists and singers were telling their experiences with dead people or their spirits, most of them talked about their dead mothers or fathers, and one of them called my attention because he said that, although he had a special connection with his mother when she was alive, and he suffered a lot when she died, he never tried to get in contact with her spirit or mourned for a long time, because he is convinced that when our dear ones die, and we cry and tell for example, “why did you go, why, don't go” or things like that, showing that we are not accepting the fact, we are stopping them, not letting them continue their journey to the following stage and they get trapped between this life and the other. The only idea of this possibility made me feel sad and unconfortable, so please, don't continue crying for Michael, let him go in peace to the following phase, remember him only with joy and love, forever!!

The man was a dude, but he was more than that - he was up there... a fun lovin' Australian bloke who lived a lot of us guys' dreams you know. I certainy wot forget the first chapter in his mum's book “ I'm just a man” Just talking to people I know I get the idea that Michael Hutchence struck a chord with people and that's not a bad thing to say, peace.
What an incredible website. I had to say thank you for sharing this with all of Michaels fans worldwide. I was surfing around and stumbled into this site accidentally. I have to say, Im 32, with two lovely children and a husband ~ and I still couldnt help but cry when looking around in here. Its kind of a funny thing, mourning someone you have never met or even spoken with...but I suppose that was one of the most endearing things about Michael ~ he seemed so personable, so 'real', I guess thats why his fans always loved him so much, myself included. (well, lets be honest ~ he was easy on the eyes too *wink, wink*) Honestly, as a mother.. my heart was just shattered for little Tiger's circumstances, and I am so thankful to have been shown how much love she is surrounded by in her daily life, so again ~ thank you for sharing that. She is so incredibly beautiful isnt she? I hadnt seen a recent picture of Tiger up until now. I will look forward to watching her grow & say a little prayer for healing for all of you who were blessed enough to have actually interacted with Michael ~ I can only imagine the loss YOU must feel. I also got to ask him to settle a bet I had with my friend about the live album “live baby live”...

Growing up music has always had a tremendous impact on my life. INXS and Michael Hutchence are no exception. Their music have been associated with many memories both joyful and upsetting. Thank you for what you have done for so many people.

First of all, I apologise for any misword or misunderstanding that might come out with this statement, since, I am not a native english speaker. It's been almost 5 years since we lost Michael. And what can I say? I would like to have enough vocabulary to tell you all what I've felt, but I am glad I have you to put in words what I have never been able to. Michael, so far and so close. How could it be? Mr. Kelland, it's a great pleasure to be able to see the wonderful work you've been doing here. This is my first visit to your site, and it happened by coincidence. I've been thinking deeply about Michael for the past two weeks - I don't know exactly why - and it's been so intense that I decided to buy (again!) the Elegantly Wasted album, from which I can't stop listening to the songs “I'm just a man” and “Everything”, and because I wanted to see the lyrics - which I have not found yet - I ended up in this page and again, like 4 years ago, I felt my heart touched.
